What To Expect
This course will be a mix of theory & practice. The main form of practice is through meditation & tantric hatha yoga.
In order to benefit most from this course you are encouraged to set aside 15 – 60 minutes a day for your individual practice.
The first module covers all the theory needed to undertand the metaphysics of the chakras from the tantric tradition.
The second module goes through each chakra individually along with an asana practice to activate the chakra.
The third module covers the Spiritual Heart and two full tantric hatha yoga sequences to activate all of the chakras.

Why I Created This Course
The reason I created this course is because throughout my years of teaching tantra, I’ve received many requests from students who want to learn advanced tantric rituals, how to awaken kundalini, how to sublimate energy, how to achieve deeper states of consciousness, mantra inititiation, working with tantric deities, etc. The thing is that most of those practices and rituals are very esoteric in nature and most people are not familiar with the base knowledge needed to practice them. The tantric traditions relies heavily on working with the subtle body and chakras. Everything from meditations, tantric pujas, and lovemaking rituals requires a basic understanding and perception of the sublte body & chakra system. It’s important that the base knowledge of tantric metaphyics stays not merely as an intellectual concept in the mind, but something that can be felt within yourself.
This course addresses exactly that. Throughout the practices you are slowly removing energetic blockages, balancing your energetic system, and learning to perceive energy which will allow you to do more advanced tantric practices later on.
This course lays out the ground work, and will be followed by other online courses building up into more advanced sexual tantric practices.
